CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. Our booking system sends multiple automated email and/or text notifications. Make sure this is turned on in your profile. A reminder 72 hours before your appointment will require you to confirm your appointment.

We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us protect the time of our stylists and our clients, and ensures that we can continue to deliver upon our promise of exceptional service.

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and can not be put toward any future services.

Appointments booked 48 hours prior to the service may be canceled no later than 8 hours before the scheduled appointment time or a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.

ADJUSTMENT POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received from your stylist, they are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for them to make adjustments. The only requirements we have in providing adjustments is that you reach out to the stylist you received the service from through email. You can find this information under the “contact us” tab above. You will need to reach out to that stylist within 2 weeks of the original service and with the same stylist who provided the service. After 2 weeks you are required to book a new appointment at full service price.


INDEPENDENT STYLIST POLICY

Above is the salon standard policy here at Wild Honey. Please note that each stylist here is an independent stylist and can act outside of these policies if they choose. They will need to inform you of any changes through email. Please make sure you get in touch with your stylist for any appointment cancelations or rescheduling.
