Growing up out in the country, you could always find me creating something. Either drawing, painting, taking pictures or running around outside with my mullet. I have always loved art and couldn't see myself having a career that didn’t let me express that. This lead me to Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology. After graduating in 2012 and working at several salons in and around Cincinnati, I have been working hard to perfect my craft. Since the culture is constantly changing, there’s always more for me to learn, but I love challenging myself and learning new things. As a cosmetologist, I want to show people love while inspiring them to be unique and be themselves. I want anyone who sits in my chair to feel welcome and feel like we’ve known each other for a lifetime. I started Wild Honey Salon because I want to serve people and hear their stories. Even if you don’t need your hair done, my door is always open to you!

I've been a hairstylist for 11 years, my passion for hair started while I was a receptionist at a hair salon in high school. I decided to go to college at the University of Cincinnati and after two years I realized it "just wasn't for me." I immediately started my search for a hair school and soon enrolled at Micheals College of Hair Design. I loved hair, I loved being artistic in coloring hair. I loved the precision of cutting. This was the industry for me! Doing hair allows me to combine my creativity and love for people.

I knew ever since playing with my barbies hair I wanted to be a hairstylist, so in 2009 I attended Paul Mitchell the School in Cincinnati and graduated in 2010. After graduating, I took a small break from hair, but soon realized I needed to follow my passion. I worked at a top salon in my home town, Wooster Ohio, and completed a year long apprenticeship under Sandra Carr. During my time in Wooster, I got to work closely with some of the industry’s top professionals in continuing education classes and photoshoots. This is where i learned amazing coloring skills and continue to attend education classes to keep up with new trends. I am very passionate about short hair and men hair cuts. In 2016, I moved back to Cincinnati to marry my husband, and I started attending Cincinnati School of Barbering and Hair design and graduated in 2017. I love mixing traditional barbering and classic cutting techniques to create a style unique to my clients.

My creativity and love for art have allowed me to flourish as a hair stylist. I pursued my passion at Paul Mitchell where I learned to perfect the science of color and the creativity of cuts and styles. Standing behind the chair for the first time, I knew I had picked the perfect career to help people. I wake up every day knowing that I can put a smile on someone's face and lift their spirits by giving them the best experience possible. Giving a cut and color is one thing, but teaching someone how to reproduce their style at home so they can look their best every day makes my heart smile.

Coming from a family of hair stylists, I knew at a very young age that I had a passion for hair and the beauty industry. I studied cosmetology at Aveda Fredric’s Institute and have been in the industry for the past 6 years.

I see the potential in every client and it brings me joy to see the looks on their faces when they see their transformation. My goal is to assist my clients in achieving the style they love but can easily manage on a day to day basis. I also enjoy special event styling such as bridal parties.

I pride myself on keeping up on the latest trends in the hair industry. Whether you like to keep it simple or change it up regularly, it is my number one goal to keep you feeling and looking your very best.

I started cutting hair around 13 years old and quickly realized that if I had to do something for the rest of my life, cosmetology was that thing! I went to Paul Mitchell the School and officially became a cosmetologist in 2012. If I'm not doing anyone’s hair, I’m at home being a cat mom, binge watching tv, or going to a random concert here and there.

From a young age, I always enjoyed activities that allowed my creative side to blossom. I knew I wanted a career path that would showcase my creative personality, and this lead to my passion for hair! After attending Paul Mitchell The School in 2022, my love for hair was like nothing else. Getting to make my guests feel comfortable and beautiful are something I look forward to everyday. To do so, furthering my education is something I often seek out to ensure I am providing the best quality service. I hope to see you soon to build a successful and healthy hair journey!

Growing up as the youngest in a family of 7 made for some interesting hairstyles. Most of the time my brother, Aaron, was responsible for my pigtails. My mom took one look at my lopsided hair-do accompanied by a rainbow choker and basically dragged me to our hometown Kentucky hairstylist, Darleen. We blossomed a beautiful relationship. She wanted to try new techniques and I wanted to rock them. At age 11, (not sure if it was because my mom needed a babysitter so she agreed) Darleen and I were sitting in hairclasses together. It was a no-brainer. I enrolled into Douglas J Aveda institute of Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2010. I’ve always had a lust for travel. It has taken me to Detroit to assist in salons and Los Angeles to work in advertising agencies for commercials. I settled in Cincinnati, honing my skill set in hair cutting. I take pride in knowing I am constantly seeking education on how to reduce my carbon footprint at work, choosing ammonia free products, and supporting brands who want to change the world. I will tell you all about it when you sit in my chair!

As a kid, I loved crafts, drawing, and Barbies. In high school I somehow became set on architecture, but volunteering to do hair and makeup for theatre and dances led me to realize that I have a stronger passion and, let’s be honest, more patience with hands on crafting. A year after graduating, I decided to enroll at Aveda, and twelve years later I could not be happier with where that path has led me. I specialize in color and blonding, and I love a good corrective color challenge. Healthy hair and a relaxing experience is my number one priority for every guest in my chair. In my free time I’m either crafting, gaming, catching up with new music, or watching tv with my cats.

For as long as I can remember I’ve had a love for art and making people happy! I always knew I needed a career that involved being creative or making people feel cared for. Lucky me, I fell in love with doing peoples nails. Not only doing their nails but also forming connections with the people. It truly is my passion to care for others, get to know people and be creative. I went to school at Cincinnati institute of Esthetics and Nails and have been licensed since early 2023! Since then it’s been my most favorite thing to do and I’m beyond lucky that it’s my career. When I’m not doing nails I like to hang out with my cats, go shopping, paint, draw, and hang out with friends!

I got into nails in 2017. After 7 years of self-teaching, I finally gave in to my passion for nails and finished school at Destiny Beauty Academy, June 2024. In high school, I got my nails done a few times and realized if I wanted them done to my standards, I would have to learn how to do them myself. I'm a bit of a perfectionist. I started with Acrylic, played with polygel, did lots of Dip powder for a while and finally found GelX and Gel Builder products along with a love for nail art. I currently specialize in gel because I feel like it's one of the best ways to protect and grow your nails while also enjoying extentions or your natural nails. I love helping people feel confident and beautiful; seeing clients get that child like grin of pure joy when they get a fresh set is one of the best things ever. When I am not doing nails, I am usually spending time with family, reading, hanging around outside, and/or thinking about nails.
